 For exchanging or returning any of your purchased items, please email Evolveclothing22@gmail.com; our customer care representative will get back to you within the next 24-48hours on working days (Monday to Friday). If the item is broken or the measurement you requested isn't the one the item was delivered, Evolve Clothing will cover shipping charges for returning items by delivering the item to your address via courier. In the event that you need to pay for the cost of returning the item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, or it will be changed to the next purchase. Please note that we will not accept returns for items that were not purchased from Evolveclothing.com.

 

The procedure of Return Through Evolve Clothing Stores

We offer the option of returning the products we sell at our Evolve Clothing stores also no regardless of whether the product was purchased via Evolveclothing.com

 

With original receipt

You may return the defective item (if you have any) washed, undamaged and undamaged within ten days of purchasing; the original receipt for purchase will be required to return the item at the full cost.

 

Without original receipt

 The clothes purchased after alteration are treated as final sales and can't be returned.

 

Time limit

You can avail of returns service within the period of 10 days after delivery of the product. The original receipt for the product will be required to ensure your convenience and for our convenience.
